Dr. Bittar is originally from Antigua, West Indies. He graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a Bachelor of Science in 2000 and received his Doctorate of Optometry from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 2005. Dr. Bittar lives in Hampton Roads with his wife and son. He enjoys the outdoors and spends much of his spare time following his passion of fishing. He is also an avid cook.
